What LiveSurvey Is About

LiveSurvey is a lightweight survey platform for credit unions. Unlike other survey platforms, LiveSurvey is able to query the core every couple minutes, allowing for near real-time survey delivery for recent transactions and experiences.

Point West Credit Union’s LiveSurvey Experience

Point West Credit Union used member surveys in the past. Yet all their surveys were mail-based. That created quite a problem:

Many of their survey responses came several months too late!

Not only that, but mail surveys were huge. They were trying to cram a whole lot of survey into one small envelope because they had no way to survey frequently or effectively.

And then LiveSurvey came along. But we’ll let them tell you their results:

We’re happy to hear they’ve benefitted so well from surveys. More importantly, they’re happy. Most importantly, their members are happy!

Providence Credit Union’s LiveSurvey Experience

It’s never official until you can duplicate the results, right? Not that surveys are as scientific as measuring radioactive decay, but we feel good about it nonetheless.

Such is the case with Providence Credit Union. They needed a survey platform to ensure their members got the best member experience possible. They may have done it.

Their NPS score is over 80 now. That’s far, far above the credit union average!

Clearly, Providence Credit Union knows what they’re doing with surveys. They could probably teach us a thing or two!
